House To Home is up to date with the most current building standards. We are consistently continuing our education through InterNACHI. Being a Certified Inspector with International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) not only keeps us current with local and state code, it also covers IBC (International Building Code) We also continue our education with the American Society of Home inspectors (ASHI)
Our report is a factual report, it includes photos, comprehensive written explanation with recommendations, about the buildings structural integrity, electrical, plumbing, heating and AC, exterior & interior condition, roofing, lot and grounds, septic tank function, water well and a whole array of additional services.
