Gary was quick to respond to our request for an appointment, and was able to schedule it within a few days. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough with the inspection process, explaining many things as he found them. Very easy to work with. We would highly recommend House to Home!

Gary was a great combination of knowledgeable and friendly. He clearly explained the key issues with the inspection while walking me through the house, as well as had a less than 24 hour turnaround for the formal report.

Had a home inspection with water and septic 6-20-18. Went thru the entire home and property very professional. Recieved the inspection reports the same day and recieved water reports next day. highly recommended LLC

Gary and son Nick came to do our home inspection and I literally can not say enough good things about these two! They are VERY VERY professional as well as efficient! We received a full report as well as pictures if anything was slightly wrong or needed work! I would highly recommend them to anyone! They are very knowledgeable in what they do!

Gary and his son were very professional, thorough and prompt with the written results. We appreciated Gary being willing to answer questions and explain his findings. Being new to the area, we found it helpful to have suggestions of who to contact in the area for things we needed fixed. We would use House to Home again and suggest them to friends and family for future inspections.

Gary came out when he said he would and was very focussed on every detail of the house we were potentialy going to purchase , He explained any little problems that he found and made sure we understood that he was working in our best interest and did not overlook things so that the sale went through . He is very honest and wants to see you get what you are paying for without any hidden surprises .

Gary and his daughter Lori actually did 2 inspections for us. My wife and I could not be happier with our personal dealings with them, the thoroughness and usefulness of both reports and the turnaround time to receive the reports. The reports include details on each facet of the home along with notated pictures - there is no guess-work involved when you receive the report. Specific recommendations are made in both the marginal summary & defective summary portions of the report. Gary was also very willing to answer all questions after the fact. Gary is very knowledgeable and a lot can be learned just listening to him during the inspection.

They also did septic and well water tests for us. We were very impressed with the level of detail including good pictures of the septic tank and basic layout of the system as well as performance at worst-case scenario over an extended period of time.

Every one who has seen these reports is astounded at the level of detail and the professional nature of the reports. I am recommending them to every one I know.

Gary is a great inspector! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me around and showed me any severe issues with my house. Being a first time home-buyer, he helped me understand how much each issue would be to fix in the long run or to fix it before moving in. You can tell he is passionate about his line of work and that he has a lot a knowledge in all trades of the construction business. Every nook and cranny was inspected with Gary Youness of House to Home Inspections! He even checked the microwave by making us a much-needed bag of popcorn! The report he then sent was gorgeous: easy to follow and understand, covered every part of every room, and it included links and guidelines/advice on how to improve areas that needed work, and in general how to keep your home in good shape. If we have questions in the future about our hopeful to-be-house, I would not hesitate to reach out to Larry as he knows this stuff in and out! He even gave us our first house-warming present, a 25 foot tape measure :) Fantastic experience.
